Using up my fabric scraps for these beautifully jewel toned one inch hexies. I’m almost tempted to leave them in the bowl as an ornamental feature on my coffee table. They’re destined to be used in cushion covers though.
The Windows Walk in Karangakake Gorge, is an old gold mining area of Coromandel, which is now a popular hiking area. You can explore the old tunnels and there are lots of relics of the mining industry left behind.
